DETRICK TECH, LLC is a JointVenture formed by ALLIED TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSULTING, LLC (“ATC”)” as managing member and CompQsoft, Inc. (“CompQsoft”), as member herein jointly as the “Venturers” or the “Partners.”
DETRICK TECH, LLC has been formed by ATC which is SDVOSB set aside company approved by SBA with the other JV member CompQsoft to follow an opportunity with National Institutes of Health Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) for Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP4), 75N98121R00001 (“Solicitation”) to support the IT services described in the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), constitute the technical scope.
